CAN ANYONE BUY A TICKET?
If you have been previously banned or asked not to attend a PARTNERS IN CRIME event in the past, you will not be permitted entry. If you purchase a ticket, it will be cancelled, and you will receive a refund. Unfortunately, we have had some ticket holders at past events that have been a little unruly (before, during and after Event). For everyone’s safety, those people will not be allowed entry.

CAN I SELL MY TICKET ON TO A THIRD PARTY?
Unfortunately not. All attendees are asked at the time of purchase for their details. Tickets are NOT transferable in any capacity. No entry will be given to ticket holders with a third-party ticket. Photo I.D. will be required with ticket entry.

CAN I GET A FULL REFUND IF, FOR ANY REASON, I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND AFTER BUYING A TICKET?
Unfortunately not. The only way you will receive a refund is if we must cancel the event entirely.

I’M ONLY COMING TO SEE ONE PARTICULAR ACTOR. IF THEY CANCEL, WILL I GET A REFUND?
We will not be refunding if an actor must cancel. From time to time, actors do have to cancel when they have unforeseen work commitments or are ill.

ARE PHOTOS AND AUTOGRAPHS INCLUSIVE OF THE TICKET PRICE?
Yes, they are. ALL VIP TICKET HOLDERS will have the opportunity to have a picture with the entire Sons and Daughters panel, either on their own or with the companions they came with. Standard ticket holders will only get the chance for a selfie at the autograph stage. Autographs are limited to TWO per actor.

CAN I BRING MY OWN ITEMS TO SIGN?
Absolutely. You are more than welcome to do this but please be aware, only two autographs per actor will be permitted.

WILL ALL FOOD AND DRINK BE PROVIDED?
A buffet lunch will be provided for all attendees. ALCOHOL will NOT be provided by Victoria Productions/Partners in Crime, but ticket holders will be permitted to buy alcohol from the hotel bar at their own cost.

I HAVE DIETARY NEEDS, WILL I BE CATERED FOR?
Yes, you will. At the time of ticket purchase, you will be asked about your dietary requirements.

CAN I SIT WITH MY FRIENDS IF WE HAVE BOOKED SEPARATELY?
If you contact us in advance, we will do our best to sit you with all your friends.

We cannot sit Standard ticket holders with VIP ticket holders.

 

 

IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED, WILL I GET A REFUND ON ALL MY EXPENSES?
In the very slim chance that we must cancel entirely, we will issue you a refund for your ticket ONLY, Paypal and Ticket Tailor fees can not be refunded. Flights/Hotels/Travel are at your own cost, and we cannot take responsibility for those.

I CANNOT ATTEND, CAN I STILL HAVE AN AUTOGRAPH IF I SEND YOU MY OWN MEMORABILIA?
For all the fans unable to attend, you will be able to purchase autographs from us. Unfortunately, we will not be able to receive personal items from you to sign. We do not wish to take responsibility for anything that gets lost in the post.

 

CAN I RESERVE A TICKET AND PAY AT A LATER DATE?

This is not an option. The only way to pay in instalments is by using Paypal Pay in 4. You cannot reserve Tickets to pay later. Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis.

 

 

WHY IS THERE A $15 FEE WHEN I PURCHASE MY TICKET?

This is an admin fee that we have no control over. Both PayPal and Ticket Tailor charge fees for processing your tickets. All ticket sellers worldwide will incur an admin fee when tickets are sold.
